July STRIVEr: Jason Brown

Our July 2021 STRIVEr could have easily focused on his own job and not been concerned about his co-workers’ product areas while they were out. But Jason Brown values collaboration and prioritizes the team’s success over the added stress he took on that particular week. Learn how Jason took home the July STRIVEr honors by taking the lead during the week of the Johnson County Fair.

Nomination:

While multiple purchasers were out for the Johnson County fair, Jason exceeded expectations and helped facilitate all the orders that needed to be placed. Jason could have waited until the rest of the purchasing team was back in the office, but he took the lead in not only getting his work done but the whole team’s as well. Jason showed that he will go above and beyond to serve our customers and team members for success. Jason is a great member of the feed team and we’re thankful for all he does!
