Storms that came through Cedar Rapids at the end of July left their mark with downed trees and loss of power for many. When one of his team members reached out saying she wouldn’t be in the office Monday due to dealing with damage, our August STRIVEr showed up in a big way. When a customer was on the verge of not being able to make feed due to a shortage of salt, they called our feed team for an emergency load. One of the advantages that come with our diverse fleet of vehicles is our in-house maintenance. Ask any truck driver around here and they’ll rant and rave about our service technicians in the truck shop. Our February STRIVEr is no stranger to service calls but more importantly, Garrett Kline’s willingness to get a vehicle back on the road is second to none. When a truck needed to be repaired on a Sunday to get a driver out, Garrett quickly responded and is taking the STRIVEr honor for exceeding expectations.
