October STRIVEr: Mark Gilbaugh

We love hearing from customers who had a positive experience! When one of our feed customers was experiencing difficulty with their skid loader, Mark Gilbaugh helped them unload lick tubs by hand. Here’s the nomination that earned him the October STRIVEr honor.

“At his last delivery stop of the day, Mark Gilbaugh helped a customer experiencing problems with their skid loader. By collaborating with our customer, he exceeded expectations by unloading 12 lick tubs that were 200 lbs. each. The customer called that day to let us know Mark really went out of his way to help and didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. Thank you for setting the bar higher, Mark! It is always a pleasure to see Mark when he returns at the end of the day. His humor and smile are always appreciated!”
