December STRIVEr: Jenny Lichty

When an opportunity arose (even though it came with little notice), our December STRIVEr set the bar higher by being flexible and making the best use of everyone’s time. Read the nomination below to see how Jenny Lichty exceeded expectations to earn the December honor.

A collaboration video shoot with Bazooka Farmstar was in the works when a last-minute opportunity arose to knock the video shoot out. Even though Jenny could have easily declined getting footage that day given the same-day notice and stuck with the original scheduled shoot (that would have required considerably more travel time), she recognized this was a better use of company time and adapted. Beyond valuing collaboration with the Bazooka team, Jenny’s flexibility, adaptability and keeping the company’s best interest in mind represent an exceed expectations mentality.
