February STRIVEr: Derek Rich

Our February STRIVEr has made a lasting impression on customers that has earned him the STRIVEr honors not just once, but twice within about a years’ time. Read the nomination below to learn more about how Derek set the bar higher when delivering to one of our feed customers.

Nomination

I received a call from one of our feed customers who isn’t normally one who offers compliments. He said, “You need to find out who the driver was that brought my load in this week.” He then went on to say the driver is a good kid and that Stutsmans needs to make sure to keep him on because he did a great job. I always hold this customer’s compliments in high regards, so I know Derek really made a positive impact.
