September STRIVEr: Ryan Mulligan

When a new employee joins, having everything set up and ready to go for them leads to a smoother onboarding process. Read how Ryan Mulligan, IT technician, went above and beyond to help prepare for a new Stutsman Logistics employee which earned him the September STRIVEr honor.

“After working all morning in Hills on Saturday, Sept. 16, Ryan Mulligan went out of his way to stop at the logistics office in Cedar Rapids to make sure a new user had everything they needed/installed on their computer/workstation before their start date that next Monday. Ryan could’ve easily just pushed it off until Monday when the new person actually started, but he made it a priority to get it done BEFORE Monday to eliminate delay with the new user’s IT needs. Both the HR & logistics teams are very grateful for his dedication and for going above and beyond, as he always has, for new users. Thank you, Ryan, for exceeding expectations, setting the bar higher and taking the lead!”
