As I look back through old pictures and think of the past, I marvel at all the hard work and changes that have occurred in my lifetime, let alone, in 84 years. When Eldon started the company in 1934, one farmer supplied 9.8 people; today that number is 168. We have been blessed with advancements in technology, the development of more accurate and powerful machinery, and improvements to our facilities. Not to mention, all of our employees and customers that have made this journey possible.

Truck drivers; you see them all the time, but have you ever stopped to think about the crucial role they play in the success of our economy? Take a look at your surroundings. Everything around you has been impacted by the transportation industry in one way or another. Without millions of men and women combatting weather elements, poor road conditions, and crazy motorists, our access to the wide variety of products we are accustomed to would diminish. If you think that is being dramatic, think again. According to Brenda Neville, President & CEO of Iowa Motor Truck Association, 70% of communities just in Iowa are completely reliant on trucks for delivery of daily needed products.
