With little review and guidance, our September STRIVEr took the lead to make sure our logistics division was handling claims issues. We’ve all been there: trying to catch a business before it closes. That’s exactly the story for a couple of our drivers last month. When they found out they couldn’t pick up their truck by closing time, they called on our August STRIVEr to help them out. By setting the bar higher and valuing collaboration, over-the-road driver Marty Watts didn’t hesitate to help them out.
