The peer-nominated Stutsman STRIVEr program celebrates the employees who embrace the core values and truly serve fellow employees, customers, and community members for success. In addition to consistently representing the core values at Wellman Farm Center, Dustin also exceeded expectations by helping with applicant interviews. Learn more about his nomination!
Nomination:
“When there was a staff vacancy at Wellman Farm Center, Dustin volunteered to help with applicant interviews. He took the lead by escorting the applicants on a tour of the Wellman facility. Dustin has also exceeded expectations by training new employees to the standards that meet our core values. When talking to Dustin, the first quality that stands out is his great attitude. As part of our strong application team, he has proven himself many times over. Dustin sets the bar higher at Wellman by coming in early and staying late when necessary, coordinating/ upholding safety and compliance regulations, and making sure equipment is maintained and ready to go to the field.”
