Through the peer-nominated
STRIVEr program, we celebrate the employees who exemplify our
core values and serve customers, co-workers, and community members for success. Our February STRIVEr
took the lead and
set the bar higher after finding out a customer’s hose order was incorrect. Read about how Ryan
exceeded expectations below!
Nomination:
A customer called on a Friday afternoon about receiving hose that was cut to the incorrect size. Ryan took the lead by responding to the customer immediately. This customer needed the hose the next day as it was part of their production. After discovering UPS couldn’t guarantee next day air due to inclement weather, Ryan made the delivery himself and was at their facility by 6:30 am on Saturday. Because of this, our customer was able to proceed with production. The customer was very happy with how quickly Ryan responded and resolved the issue. Shout-out to Ryan for setting the bar higher!
