When we faced an internet connectivity issue in the middle of the night, our June STRIVEr set the bar higher and helped keep operations behind the scenes running. Read how Doug Yoder’s dedication earned him the June STRIVEr award.

“Around 10 p.m. on June 14 we lost internet connectivity at the Hills location. After 45 minutes of initial investigations, I decided to head down to Hills. I had been in contact with Doug before leaving and he said he would head to Hills as well. We both arrived in Hills around 11 p.m. We then worked together, along with Matt Standard from STC and Aureon engineers to determine the root cause of the connectivity issue, finishing up at around 1:45 a.m. Doug was then in at his normal time of 7 a.m. picking up troubleshooting tickets for users! It’s dedication like this that keeps the backend magic running as smoothly as possible. 24/7/365. Doug exudes the qualities of setting the bar higher, valuing collaboration, and exceeding expectations dang near every day. He is a very valuable teammate.”
