Employee Spotlight: Brittanie Adrian

Through our Employee Spotlight blog series, learn more about the people who make up the Stutsman team. Meet Brittanie Adrian, one of the voices of Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. Brittanie is responsible for directing phone calls, greeting customers and assisting with various projects around the office. Brittanie joined the Stutsman team in July 2016. What is your background?
I was born and raised in Washington, Iowa. Growing up I enjoyed helping my dad on the farm with my siblings and showing livestock in 4H. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Psychology.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I like spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and putting together 1000 piece puzzles and framing them.
What do you consider to be the most rewarding part of your job?
I think the most rewarding part of the job is knowing I play a role in creating a positive experience for the customers and directing their call to the right person in order to fulfill their needs.
If you had to be a product you work with, what would it be and why?
A stamp because then I could travel the world!
What is your favorite thing about the ag industry?
Definitely the people. So many people are willing to help each other out and just friendly in general.
If you had to eat the same food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tacos; I never get tired of eating tacos!
If you were stuck on an island, what 3 items would you bring?
A boat, food, and my family.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
I really want to go sky diving.
What is something random people do not know about you?
My family has a pet duck named Chuck.
What about the future of agriculture excites you the most?
The technology involved. I’m excited to see how processes change and adapt as technology continues to advance.
