Employee Spotlight: Pat Mougin

Through our Employee Spotlight Blog Series, learn more about the people who make up the Stutsman team. Meet Pat Mougin, our Operations Manager. Pat is in charge of directing deliveries, taking in orders, tracking trucks and products, and letting others know where they need to go for the day. He has been a part of Eldon C. What is your background?
I live in Oxford and graduated from Clear Creek High School.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Farming and restoring old tractors and pick-ups.
What do you consider to be the most rewarding part of your job?
Getting everything accomplished.
What is something random most people don’t know about you?
I like to play the trumpet. I play taps for several military services.
If you had to eat the same food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Fish
If you were stuck on an island, what 3 items would you bring?
Recliner, Busch Lite and a TV.
What would be the title of your autobiography?
How to make better decisions the 2nd time around.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
Travel to Alaska and make it to retirement.
What has been the biggest change in the industry during your tenure here?
The size of the company and output of different products.
If you had to be a product you work with, what would it be and why?
Gasoline, everyone needs it, wants it and pays the price.
What is your favorite thing about the agriculture industry?
Dealing with the people.
