What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. My Dad and I especially enjoy wrestling; we are district reps for Iowa AAU Wrestling and help run their state tournament. I even wrestled my junior year of high school, and I still wrestle now occasionally.
My boyfriend and his family raise show pigs and goats, so I help with his livestock some as well.
What do you consider to be the most rewarding part of your job?
I enjoy working for a company that is family-oriented and full of friendly faces. The work-life balance this job gives me is great as well.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Being a mom to my ornery little boy, William!
Who has influenced your career the most? Why?
My parents; both hard-working and active in the community. They have always been willing to learn new things and find fresh ways to get a job done.
If you could snap your fingers and become an expert at something, what would it be?
With this job specifically, I’d love to instantly know all the people and details of our company.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Smiling is contagious; it can change the moods of others in addition to your own.
What is something random that most people do not know about you?
I’m a certified EMT.
What is on your bucket list?
I’d love to travel to Iceland; I’ve had friends visit there who’ve said it’s beautiful.
Which Stutsman Core Value means the most to you and why?
Exceed expectations; my goal is to always do more than what’s asked of me, which helps push others to that next level as well.
