Nomination
“I would like to nominate Miguel Rios and Bryce Esmoil for the October STRIVEr award. Bryce and Miguel have performed several duties outside of their normal roles over the last several months. Because Riverside is unmanned, they support the facility in maintaining all toolbars and nurse tanks as well as upkeeping the grounds and fixing equipment. This is on top of the maintenance they conduct on the Hills equipment. Both have also helped out with relief valve changeouts on the storage tanks in Wellman as well as assisting with maintenance on their toolbars and tanks as needed. All of this work is crucial to ensure we are not only compliant with state and federal regulations but also providing our customers with safe and reliable equipment. Bryce and Miguel are taking the lead with their display of ownership and initiative.”
