October STRIVEr: Jacob DeLay

If you give our October STRIVEr a GoPro, chances are you’re going to get a lot of b-roll footage. And that’s okay, because the footage successfully documented our time at the 2022 Farm Progress Show and made for a few really good TikToks. Here’s how Jacob DeLay, flow control and electronics technician exceeded expectations and earned the October STRIVEr honor.

Nomination

“Jacob played a huge role in our booth at Farm Progress Show. Not only did he go up early to get the booth set up, work the entire show and help tear it down, but he coordinated with the marketing team to grab footage of everything. He took the lead and prepared by grabbing the GoPro and mics but then exceeded expectations by sending in videos each morning (one of which went viral with over 46K TikTok views as of nomination). He valued collaboration by grabbing videos of each Stutsman representative at FPS so we could put together the “Full House” TikTok. Jacob has unofficially become a member of the marketing team and we can’t wait to have him contribute to more videos for the manure equipment division!”
