Meet Our Feed Intern: Anna Nafziger

Meet Anna Nafziger, our feed intern! This soon-to-be Mid-Prairie High School senior spent several days with us this summer, learning the ins and outs of our feed department.

Anna’s involvement in FFA and 4-H ignited her passion for agriculture. She especially enjoys showing livestock and exhibited sheep and a steer at the Washington County Fair this year. Anna also stays busy with cross country and track.

Anna job-shadowed various areas of the feed department including sales, customer service, purchasing, and dispatch. Her favorite part of the internship was getting to see how each person plays a role in distributing feed to customers.

After graduation, Anna plans to attend Iowa State University to study animal science. She is especially excited to put her feed industry knowledge to use in her future studies. We’ve enjoyed hosting Anna this summer and wish her the best in her upcoming endeavors.
