March STRIVERs: Lane Jensen & Danny Sutton
Our March STRIVErs had the company’s well-being in mind when they took the initiative to unload a damaged trailer, even if it meant staying late. Knowing the weather forecast, feed warehouse crew member, Lane Jensen and warehouse supervisor, Danny Sutton assessed the situation and took the lead to prevent feed products from potentially getting wet. Read Lane and Danny’s nomination below.
Nomination
“A trailer was dropped at one of our feed docks with a hole in the roof due to a distributer error. With rain in the forecast that evening, Lane Jensen and Danny Sutton stayed late to unload the trailer and protect the products from being ruined. Thank you both for taking the lead and exceeding expectations.”
