March STRIVEr: Pat Mougin
The peer-nominated Stutsman STRIVEr program celebrates employees who embrace the core values and truly serve fellow employees, customers, and community members for success. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Pat Mougin set the bar higher by making the health of our employees, customers, and truck drivers a priority.

“In the uncertain times of our current worldwide pandemic, Pat took the lead to protect his fellow employees. He built plexiglass barriers for the counters at the scale house, corporate office, and retail center. These barriers provide an extra layer of protection for employees who have daily face-to-face contact with customers and truck drivers. Now, those on both sides of the plexiglass get to have a safe, positive experience. Employees, customers, and truck drivers can go home to their families with the peace of mind knowing their health is protected at our facility.”
