Jane Montgomery exceeded expectations by picking up after a windy storm rolled through Hills; read more about her nomination below!
Nomination:
“On June 5th, a wind storm blew through Hills, scattering the insulation from the new feed warehouse construction site. Jane took the lead by gathering the large pieces and returning them to the construction area. She also notified management in case there was another wind event before the construction crew came back. Jane instilled authenticity by keeping the town of Hills clean, and exceeded expectations by cleaning up a mess that wasn’t her responsibility.”
