January 2025 STRIVEr: Mary Clausen

Our January STRIVEr jumped into action when an unexpected illness struck. Read on to learn how Mary Clausen valued collaboration to work with others to ensure fertilizer orders were promptly completed.

“Due to a sudden illness-related vacancy in our fertilizer department, some customers’ orders were left open. As customers inquired regarding the status of their orders, Mary Clausen collaborated with others and utilized their long-standing relationships, knowledge of their buying habits and bits of information they had accumulated to help complete the orders. The customers were very appreciative of those efforts and understanding under these circumstances. Mary exceeded expectations by ensuring the customer’s orders were completed in a timely manner.”
