Our February STRIVEr’s quick trip to Cedar Rapids on a Friday evening ensured our customer was able to fulfill an order on a deadline. Brittanie Oolman, wholesale hose and valve customer service, exemplified what it means to serve our customers for success by exceeding expectations which earned her the February STRIVEr honor. “On Friday, February 18, we had a customer call mid-afternoon needing parts in Cedar Rapids for their customer to pick up Saturday morning. Brittanie decided at 5:30 p.m. to drive her personal vehicle to Cedar Rapids and deliver the parts to our customer so they could be successful the next morning. Thank you Brittanie for putting our customer’s needs first and sacrificing your own family time to deliver the parts.”
