February STRIVEr 2025: Bill Parchert

Juggling the responsibilities of two jobs as we head into our spring busy season is nothing short of a large feat. Due to a recent unexpected illness in our wholesale fertilizer department, our February STRIVEr, Bill Parchert, has been setting the bar higher by managing his two workloads to ensure we continue to provide the best service to our retail and wholesale customers.

Nomination:

“Bill Parchert, VP of Fertilizer Services, has stepped in to ensure the success of the wholesale division as well as the company since an unexpected illness led to a vacancy in our fertilizer department. He exceeded expectations to keep both retail and wholesale fertilizer running smoothly. While working two jobs, Bill has not dropped the ball once. Bill’s ability to balance the two is undoubtedly stressful, but he handles it with professionalism.”
