If you’ve been to Hills for parts, our next employee in the spotlight is certainly no stranger. Hilary Weiss, sprayer parts administration and sales associate, has been serving our customers for success since 2015. When she’s not helping customers with their sprayer part needs, you can find her stocking shelves, tracking inventory, invoicing, shipping products, and doing some purchasing.
Hilary is exceptional in most of the core values but I would rate her the highest in exceeding expectations. She is self-motivated to accomplish all her duties and once done Hilary gladly assists other employees; doing so with a smile on her face.” – Al Kessler, VP of Equipment & Precision Ag
Hilary grew up north of Millersburg, IA and still calls that area home today. After graduating from English Valleys High School, she went on to Kirkwood Community College and graduated in 2013 with an AAS in Agriculture Business.
After graduating, Hilary took the opportunity to work for her dad as a custom applicator. Not only did she enjoy this experience but it also gave her hands-on knowledge to better serve our customers.
Outside of work, Hilary enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as farming. She also enjoys taking pictures of various landscapes, drawing, and traveling.
