Welcome to the Team James Lorack

Meet James Lorack, the newest member of our parts team! James grew up in Lone Tree, IA on a row crop, cattle, and hog operation. James attended Kirkwood Community College where he studied diesel ag technology.

After graduating in 2015, James worked for Sinclair Tractor as a mechanic. He also did a lot of work with their parts department.

What excites you most about your new job?

I am excited to get to know our customers. I am also excited to learn all I can about the different equipment and parts we sell. I am ready to learn as much as I can so that I can best assist our customers.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy hunting, fishing, and working on the farm. We still raise row crops and pigs today.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment is being able to farm as well as getting a job at Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

To work hard everyday and to have a job that you enjoy doing.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert at something, what would it be?

Farming. There is so much to know and learn about farming and it would be nice to know everything instantly rather then having to learn from mistakes.

Which Stutsman Core Value best represents you and why?

I would say set the bar higher. Everything is changing everyday and you have to continuously adapt in order to please people. I like doing this as well as continuing to push myself to be a better person each day.
