November STRIVEr: Andy Viner

For the past 46 years, our November STRIVEr has provided exceptional service to our feed ingredients customers. Andy Viner’s knowledge of and tenure with one of our feed accounts allowed him to help one of their new employees get the correct feed order. Read on to learn how Andy sets the bar higher daily.

Nomination

“I was visiting an account that has recently changed ownership and has a new employee who is now placing their feed orders with our company. She mentioned being nervous about ordering the correct products, and while speaking directly to Andy about their pick-up order, he assured her she was ordering the right things because he knows a lot of the items this account orders regularly. She said she was so thankful that she was able to talk to Andy and felt relieved that she was getting the correct items ordered. This is just one example of many comments I get weekly regarding Andy and his dedication to our pick-up customers. The comments are always positive, and our customers feel like they are each cared about and taken care of by Andy when picking up an order!”
