May STRIVEr 2025: Brandon Feldman

A hallmark trait of a STRIVEr is the ability to step up as a need arises. When our warehouse supervisor was on vacation, our May STRIVEr, Brandon Feldman, radiated enthusiasm while keeping our feed warehouse running smoothly.

“When our warehouse supervisor was on vacation for a few weeks, Brandon Feldman took the lead to supervise the warehouse crew, ensuring that operations ran smoothly. Brandon assisted coworkers and helped with any issues we had (as he always does). Brandon’s leadership, dedication and ability to adapt to the situation made a difference in our warehouse team’s success. Brandon always strives to create a positive work environment, even during busy and challenging times. While supervising the warehouse crew, Brandon showed his leadership skills and dedication to the job.”
