April STRIVEr 2025: Lane Jensen

Our April STRIVEr exemplifies the “leave it better than you found it” principle. Rather than simply completing the task at hand, Lane Jensen took the extra time to declutter a workspace, leaving it in a better condition for his team members.

Nomination:

On April 30th, Lane Jensen brought several pallets of Sullivan Supply items over to the “old parts room” to be put away and received. Upon arrival, Lane noticed the Sullivan Supply product aisle had been overtaken by products, tables and other items. Lane exceeded expectations by cleaning up the area, moving tables and organizing the existing product before receiving the new materials. By cleaning and organizing the area, Lane took the lead so the next person’s job would be a little bit easier. Thank you, Lane, for setting the bar higher for the others around you.
